Shipping policy
Please understand that we use USPS as it is easiest for small businesses like us. Once an item has shipped and is in the possession of USPS, we have no control of how long your package may take to get to you or what will happen in transit. If you experience a shipping issue, your best bet is to try to contact USPS about it, but you are more than welcome to reach out to us and we will see if we can do anything for you. We are a small business, we can't send a secondary product to you for free if it gets lost in transit, but we can TRY to get a refund/insurance claim from USPS and act accordingly.
